What is it?

The Power of Vital Force – book (2019) written by Rajshree Patel, Art of living -teacher

Why should we read it?

Rajshree Patel has traveled the globe as a self-awareness coach, speaker and teacher. She teaches the power of meditation, mindfulness, breathing and other ancient tools for more energy, creativity and fulfillment within. Rajshree saw what her coaching did for people and decided to write The Power of Vital Force. She gives practical tools and techniques to use in our daily lives. Why we like it? Because Rajshree compares people to smartphones or computers. As a baby we are a brand new computer with an empty hard drive. Until we’re 7 or 8 years old, our hard drive is pretty much full with information we have gathered throughout the years. We downloaded life. So many files are open at the same time and we take decisions based on those open files, lots of them being negative experiences. In her book, Rajshree gives us tools so we can close those files, because they cost way to much energy and keep us stuck to our old negative patterns. An absolute must read for more daily energy!
